For shipments to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, we use the courier service with delivery on 24/72 hours of MRW on working days (Monday to Friday, not public holidays, either at origin or destination). Please note that the contracted delivery service has a delivery time of 9 to 19 hours, so delivery at one time or another depends on the delivery route of the courier.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
If you need to make a refund, you can exchange the product for another one or make a refund. Please send an e-mail explaining the incident to email@example.com.
There is a 15 days period from the date of receipt of the order to make a change or return.
When we receive the package we check it out and if it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the product in the bank account you indicated to us within a maximum of 7 days. The costs of shipping of the returned products are assumed by the customer, unless the return is due to defects in the goods or a service error.
If you wish to make a product change, you can process a return and purchase independently.
